Our client is seeking a French-speaking Quality Lead / QRIT Chairman to drive IT service quality, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence for a manufacturing site supporting critical production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QRIT (Quick Response for IT) and VPS activities, facilitating daily and weekly quality reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT stakeholders, including infrastructure teams, application owners, key users, support teams, and external service providers.
• Represent IT within change approval boards and oversee local change management activities.
• Drive root cause analysis, incident trend identification, and continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies.
• Act as the primary IT representative in plant production meetings and major incident communications.
• Monitor and report on service quality KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Deliver training and coaching on VPS, QRIT, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.
• Maintain visual management dashboards and communicate key changes, projects, and service updates.

Must-Have Skills:

• Fluent French and professional English communication skills.
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, VPS, QRIT, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience leading root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage quality KPIs, service performance reporting, and operational governance.

Nice-to-Have:

• ITIL knowledge.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Visual management expertise.
• Understanding of manufacturing IT environments and plant applications.
