- Direct the quality roadmap, build a zero-defect culture and set performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to simplify processes, reduce waste and apply Lean or Six Sigma methods.
- Maintain regulatory and customer compliance and lead internal or external audits.
- Mentor quality engineers or technicians, assign priorities and drive accountability.
- Investigate root causes for product defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
