该职位来源于猎聘 Key Relationships: Reports to: AP senior Quality manager Direct Reports: 0 Responsible for an extended team: All AP Site Quality Managers that support the IND & REF business Key Responsibilities: 1) Manage and guide Quality Leadership Teams at IND&REF manufacturing sites and tollers to ensure customer expectations and internal objectives (KPIs) are exceeded. Actively promotes Axalta's Quality Vision and Principles.

• Working with plant quality managers and leaders to deploy global quality standards and process.Working with Centre of excellence managers and directors, ensure regional and plant quality metrics are met; Share and localize standard practices across the enterprise. 3) Coach and mentor sites and functions when responding to customer concerns. Ensure a methodical approach is used to resolve the issue, and to prevent reoccurrence. Lead root cause analysis activities for complex or critical items, ensuring containment, long term corrective actions and controls are robustly delivered.
• Support plant and remote QMS owner for the regional IND&REF needs regarding QMS. Ensures local QMS in the remote locations are in place, incl. internal audit process and coordinates the external audits with the certification body for those remote locations, and work with plants quality leaders to ensure successful compliance. Also support customer audit in tollers/plant and follow the CAPA for toller part. 5) Set and aggregate metrics (KPI's) and reporting regionally; identify and improve trends in the IND &REF businesses. Ensuring product complaint and proactive targets are met. 6) Work with plant quality leaders to develop skills and capabilities of plant resource regards quality assurance methods and tools. Assist with associated teaching and mentoring within Axalta quality development program. 7) Manage and direct Quality improvement programs and activities for Axalta within the IND&REF business; improve Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related chemical science or chemical engineering field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Quality leadership or related Manufacturing Leadership roles
• Proven track record of success in leading Quality to year-over-year improvement, developing innovative Quality concepts and building a results-oriented organization.
• Has held direct responsibility for Quality within a company recognized for “best-in-class” operational performance, by successfully using Lean, Six Sigma and/or other advanced supply chain principles.
• Experience with the requirements and expectations of the IATF16949 Quality Management system. Familiar and good at APQP,PPAP, FMEA, MAS, SPC, error proof also good at problem solving methods and tools, including 8D, RCFA, etc BUSINESS INTERNAL
• VDA6.3 training or qualification and Six Sigma black belt with two or more successful project closures is preferred;
• Familiar with OEM& key customers audit standard, eg VW, Ford, BYD, Tesla, Bosch etc
• Good analytical, problem solving skills. Good communication and coordination, organizational ability, good sense of ownership, active work attitude
• Must be available for some travel, about 40%
• Good English skills: listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
