Quality Lead(MEP)

Mace is looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead (MEP) to lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, industry standards, and quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection programs for MEP works.
• Lead quality inspections and audits for Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage systems.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Material Submittals.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and local regulations.
• Monitor site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, client representatives, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for recurring quality concerns.
• Monitor material approvals, factory inspections, and supplier quality performance.
• Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, audit findings, and project quality reviews.
• Support project teams during client inspections, audits, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Mentor and manage QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of experience on Data Centre projects is mandatory.
