QUALITY INSPECTOR – PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING

Experience: 2 -4 Years

Salary: Based on Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic injection moulded components
• Monitor production quality and ensure product specifications are maintained
• Identify injection moulding defects like Flash, Sink Mark, Short Mould, Warpage, Burn Mark, Flow Mark, etc.
• Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documents
• Perform defect analysis and support corrective actions
• Coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams for quality improvement
• Ensure customer quality requirements are achieved

Required Skills:

Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Quality Inspection
Knowledge of moulding process & plastic materials
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
Knowledge in GD&T and Engineering Drawing
Good handling experience of measuring instruments
Problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / B.E (Mechanical / Production) preferred
