Quality Management EE PLQ ADAS

该职位来源于猎聘 Tasks Continuously develop and update QM ADAS release methodology including validation strategy and release KPI, process and tools to meet major use cases in China market, focus on market specific usage environment, conditions and user habit, to evaluate and approve the quality and performance of ADAS functions in China in accordance to strategic Projects. Conduct the QM risk assessment for entire China ADAS feature development process from concept phase, SW development, pre-integration, vehicle integration until the final Q release. Represent the QM’s perspective in EE maturity judgement round cross different hierarchies. Communicate and collaborate with other PLQT domains, PLQ MBOS, PLQ Vehicle, carline SPL and all relevant steering committees to establish the full transparency of the project status and decision within the team. Participate the technical discussion of new features and critical issue resolution procedure.

Strength the information flow in terms of the new feature rollout plan and the critical issue resolution status in different management hierarchy. Contribute to team common tasks, including vehicle technical preparation, vehicle management, test plan preparation etc.

Qualifications Master of automotive engineering, computer science, vehicle engineering or automotive electronic etc.. Min. 3 years working experience in OEM or supplier for ADAS or other E/E in the area of development or validation. Passion to work with cars and Infotainment/ Telematics and OTA products. Strong quality sense, always seek for continuous improvement. Vigilant of issue detection and prudent in root cause analysis. Broad knowledge about vehicle product and automotive industry. Solid knowledge of vehicle EE architecture, Infotainment/ Telematics systems and OTA update about automotive industry. Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Excellent driving skills (Chinese driving license is mandatory) Team spirit. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Willingness to travel inside China and abroad on test drives Fluent in English, German is plus.
