- Keeping up to date with emerging construction technologies, materials, and methodologies, setting standard specifications, and auditing material quality.
- Coordinating with internal and external groups in carrying out testing & mockups
- Studying and proposing applicable materials and construction methodologies, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring proper implementation on site
- Benchmarking and conducting comparative studies versus other housing developers
- Maintaining and monitoring implemented improvements, measuring cost and time savings, and integrating improvements into operational groups.
