Quality Management Lead

About the role

The Project Coordinator drives operational improvement by coordinating projects focused on quality, accuracy, and process efficiency. This role analyzes performance data, identifies improvement opportunities, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time with measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze accuracy trends, error patterns, and KPI performance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Error Case Analysis (ECA).
• Develop and monitor action plans to improve operational accuracy.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams to implement sustainable improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and process standards.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, quality, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC is an advantage.
