What they need
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Quality Management, preferably in the poultry processing / dressing plan industry.
Skilled in process review, time and motion study, and productivity improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
