Quality Management Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring daily execution of quality standards at warehouse level, focusing on SOP compliance, team discipline, task distribution, and operational consistency. The role ensures that all quality-related processes are properly executed and sustained at ground level.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across warehouse operations
• Conduct daily checks on collecting, packing, and dispatch activities
• Identify and correct operational errors immediately
• Ensure proper distribution of tasks across team members
• Maintain cross-training to avoid single-point dependency
• Conduct regular refresher training on SOPs and quality standards
• Address daily quality issues at warehouse level
• Support maintenance of quality records (DM, damage files, SCB/SRD)
• Communicate quality issues to RTM, Warehouse Operations, and Admin
• Coordinate with Officer/Management for escalations when needed

About you

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Industrial Engineering or any related course (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Checking, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Setup
• Strong understanding of SOP compliance and operational discipline
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
