Quality Management System

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, standards, and improvement plans.
• Identify quality system risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor QMS performance and ensure the timely closure of audit findings, nonconformities, and corrective or preventive actions.
• Support system-level investigations and manage change management activities that impact the QMS.
• Prepare and distribute periodic quality, audit, and QMS performance reports to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Conduct training, develop educational materials, and facilitate knowledge sharing to promote quality awareness across functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations or quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, QA procedures, internal auditing, and corrective action management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively train staff and collaborate across departments.
• Willing to travel to plants if needed.
