Quality Management System Engineer

About the role

The QMS Engineer shall report to the QA Manager for all functions related to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre-audit, Gap Analysis and Continual Improvement Project for QA Department as well as others departments with regards to QMS
• Formulate and review quality procedures and documents
• Coordinate Management Review Package for Annually Management Review Meeting
• Plan and perform Internal Audits in stipulated period
• Assist QMR to coordinate the periodic document and operation review upon the written procedure in ISO requirement
• Coordinate External and 3rd party Audits
• Bridge company to certification body for quality system and auditing related activities
• Responsible for training to ensure the requirement of the QMS are understood by the employees
• Convene ad-hoc meeting on issues related to QMS (internal & external) for effective corrective and preventive action
• Supervise the Document Control section

About you

• Knowledgeable of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
• Able to conduct Internal Quality Audit
• Conversant in English
• Bachelor's Degree and/or with working experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Certified Auditor and conducted Lead Auditor with at least 2 years of working experience
