Job Descriptions:

• Audit Leadership: Lead and support Internal, External, and Customer Audits to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
• Customer Interface: Act as the primary contact window for customers regarding quality requirements, inquiries, and feedback.
• Quality Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure employees fully understand quality standards and Customer-Specific Requirements.
• SOP Compliance: Monitor and verify that production operators and technicians strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Material, Chemical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related fields). New graduates are highly welcomed.
• Language Skills: Good English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) with a TOEIC score of 550 or above.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office, Email).
