QMS Manager Textile Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager to manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System across our textile manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and improve QMS as per ISO 9001:2015.

• Plan and conduct Internal Audits and coordinate External/Customer Audits.

• Manage CAPA, NCR, Root Cause Analysis and Customer Complaints.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Documentation.

• Monitor quality KPIs, identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with Production, Process, and other departments to ensure quality standards.

• Lead and develop the Quality/QMS team.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.

• 510 years of relevant experience in Textile/Manufacturing Quality & QMS.

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Auditing, Documentation and Quality Improvement.

• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
