Quality Management System Manager (QMS)

Skills and Qualifications:

The QMS Manager should be capable of leading the hospital's Quality Management System by ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, driving continuous quality improvement initiatives, monitoring organizational performance indicators, overseeing internal audits, promoting patient safety, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Master's degree of Arts in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing or Quality Management is an advantage.
• With at least five (5) years of managerial experience in the same or a similar position
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management System gained in a Healthcare Industry and preferably with Department of Health (DOH) compliance background
• Familiar with applicable laws, standards, and regulatory requirements of the DOH
• With ISO background is an advantage
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
• Willing to commute to or relocate in Bay, Laguna
• Able to start immediately
