Quality Management System Staff

About the role

Arnir Thailand, Ltd., a leading manufacturing company in Pathum Thani, is seeking a skilled Quality Management System Staff to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our quality management systems.

What you'll be doing

• Document Control Management (main responsilbility):

  • Establish and manage document identification, classification, and filing systems (electronic and physical). Oversee the lifecycle of documents from creation to archiving.
  • Ensure that only the latest approved document versions are available to personnel, managing revisions and preventing the use of obsolete documents.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and sign-offs. Distribute documentation according to established matrices.

• Audit Support: Prepare document packages for audits. Assist with communication and evidence retrieval during audits.

• Calibration Support: Manage calibration record and related document.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in any field
• Fair English communication
• Experience in document control management
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 or similar
