Quality Manager (CMS295/J01)

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead the Quality function for the Malaysia EMS manufacturing facility

· Overseeing end-to-end quality management from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production, promote predictive & preventive controls on product realization full cycle.

· Lead the team ensure product quality meets required standards and complies with product specifications and customer requirement

· Communicate and coordinate cross-functional department to achieve high quality and on-time delivery

· Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 450001, ISO50001, SA8000, QC080000, ISO27001 and customer-specific quality requirements.

· Lead the team to handle the customers’ or third party audits in system, process and sustainability

· Drive process control implementation (SPC, FMEA, control plans) for critical processes

· Oversee IQC, IPQC, OQC, and QE

· Manage quality alignment, quality data sharing, as well as customer complaints, field returns, and corrective actions (8D reports); serve as the primary quality interface for key accounts.

· Oversee supplier quality development, audits, and performance metrics; drive supplier corrective actions

· Lead continuous improvement programs (Six Sigma, Kaizen)

· Build and coach the quality team (QC, QE, SQE, and QA engineers)

· Establish and monitor quality KPIs (yield, DPPM, customer satisfaction, audits) and drive improvement actions; prepare weekly and monthly report to management

· Station at Malaysia is necessary

Working Experience & Skills Required:

· Bachelor‘s degree or above in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering) or Quality Management; Quality-related certifications are preferred: CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, Lead Auditor Certification

· 10+ years of total quality experience in electronics manufacturing, 5+ years of quality management experience in a managerial role

· Strong experience in SMT, PCBA, Assembly Operations, Supplier & customer Quality, Quality System Management

· Expertise in problem-solving methodologies: 8D, 5-Why, PDCA, 7 QC Tools, DMAIC

· Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and problem-solving ability under high pressure.

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

· Experience supporting manufacturing transfer, factory startup, or regional operations is highly preferred.

· Familiarity with ASEAN manufacturing operations and regulatory environments is an advantage.

· Possession of a valid pass with unrestricted international travel capability.

Qualifications Obtained:

· Experience with Six Sigma Green belt or familiarity with Minitab in advance
