Quality Manager

Key Responsibilties:

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for construction projects.
• Develop and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, checklists and inspection procedures.
• Monitor quality of RCC, structural, civil and finishing works.
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Review material approvals, test reports, MIRs and WIRs.
• Identify quality deviations and ensure timely closure of NCRs and observations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Ensure testing and inspection of construction materials as per project requirements.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions for recurring quality issues.
• Maintain QA/QC records, reports and documentation.
• Support consultant/client inspections and project audits.
• Lead and guide the QA/QC team at project level.
• Ensure quality requirements are maintained through project completion and handover.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Mandatory

Experience:

8-15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably with a reputed real estate developer or construction company.

Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
