Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality System Management (Core Role)

• Maintain and improve QMS (AS9100)

• Ensure compliance with:

  • Nadcap special process requirements
  • Customer specifications

• Control document system and revision management

2. Product Quality Assurance

• Ensure all products meet customer requirements
• Oversee inspection system (incoming, IPQC, final)
• Approve release of product (quality authority)

3. Audit Management

• Lead Nadcap, customer, and internal audits
• Ensure audit readiness at all times
• Manage NCR, corrective actions, and closure

4. Non-Conformance & CAPA

• Oversee NCR system and root cause analysis
• Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
• Prevent recurrence of issues

5. Team Leadership

• Lead QA, QC, Lab, and Compliance team
• Ensure competency and training
