**Qualification:**Diploma or Graduate (Electrical Engineering)
Key Deliverables of this role:
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures for
transformer production.
- Oversee inspections and testing at all stages of production in
process
- Lead and train a QA team, fostering continuous
improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and other industry
standards
- Manage supplier quality and conduct audits
- Report on quality performance to senior management
- Collaborate with engineering and customer service teams on
product issues .
