• In-depth understanding of Software development life cycle and associated quality management processes

• Knowledge of Architectures, design, coding to the extent of applying thorough quality checks

• Should have handled a team of quality members

• Good communication and written skills

• Primary skills: QA Leadership Team Management, QA Methodology Test/Defect Management, SDLC Quality Management, Quality Framework Definition.

• Secondary skills: Software Architecture Design, Coding Knowledge, Quality Assurance Processes, Communication Written Skills.

• B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 10 years of IT experience
  Or
  Any Graduate having 13 years of IT experience
