Quality Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) while driving continuous improvement across our manpower and recruitment operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with international standards, supporting business process improvement initiatives, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Company's Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Act as the Quality Management Representative (QMR)
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits
• Manage CAPA, document control, and quality compliance
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support client audits and tender requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee workplace safety compliance
• Deliver QHSE awareness and training programmes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 5–10 years' experience in Quality Management Systems, ISO, Process Improvement
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Experience acting as QMR or coordinating ISO certification audits is preferred
• Experience developing SOPs, process mapping, KPI monitoring, and CAPA
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in both strategic and hands-on operational roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to conduct meetings and deliver presentations.
