Role & responsibilities
- Lead the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control function across cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, approved samples and quality requirements.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective CAPA for recurring quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising and Technical teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Manage buyer/factory quality audits, inspections, complaints and non-conformities, ensuring timely closure.
- Lead and develop the Quality team through training, SOP implementation, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in woven/knits garment manufacturing.
