Quality Manager

Position Overview: Seeking a Quality Manager with 10+/- years of experience. Must be open to 20%-30% Travel.

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex Area + 20%-30% Travel

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary Range: $135K-$175K + 15% Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Assure ISO 9001 certification
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action; consult with outside agencies as needed
• Support each worksite to maintain consistent compliance with specifications, product quality, and product safety requirements
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Similar
• 10+ Years of Experience
• Experience w/ Steel, Plastics, Nylon, and/or Similar
• Experience w/ ISO 9001
