Quality Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Scope: Work closely with all relevant departments to drive the site's customer quality satisfaction and manufacturing process quality management effectiveness. Establish a robust performance monitoring and review mechanism to drive continuous improvement and ensure the system's long-term adaptability and effectiveness. Responsibilities:

• Establish an effective quality process standard work to improve product quality and drive quality performance of customers and production processes according to defined indicators.
• Drive enterprise-wide quality excellence and built-in quality across core processes, including not limited key processes such as NPI, customer management, supply base governance, and manufacturing operations
• Lead the top customers’ vital few qualities problem - solving process, and oversee the customer quality process for the rest out of the vital few
• The gatekeeper of the process, to ensure the effectiveness of the quality control process during the introduction of new products or new parts and new suppliers
• Establish, standardize, and continuously optimize core quality processes to ensure compliance, enhance efficiency, and drive systematic prevention of defects across the product lifecycle.
• Manage the end-to-end customer complaint process from initial receipt through investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action, ensuring timely resolution and implementing measures to prevent recurrence and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop a robust quality culture and capability building programs, including the design and delivery of training, to ensure organizational competence and sustained adherence to quality standards and processes.
• Other duties as assigned. Skills/Competencies:
• Proven leadership in establishing, maintaining, and auditing robust Quality Management Systems compliant with international standards.
• Proficient knowledge of manufacturing processes, with a preference for expertise in heat exchange production techniques (e.g., brazing, welding), as well as raw materials and production equipment.
• Strong decision-making ability, skilled in process mapping, risk analysis, and data-driven problem-solving to address complex business challenges with sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English required, including the ability to provide written and verbal instructions, compile and present business reports/correspondence, and present information clearly.
• Lean manufacturing capabilities, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus, continuous improvement project experience.

Education And Experience

• Over 5+ years of quality managers in MNC with proved out quality leadership, typically customer quality satisfaction area.
• Strong Logical Thinking ability and learning ability.
• Result driven.
• Able to travel or visit customers site as appropriate
