- Analysis (RCA), Process Improvement, Compliance & Risk Management, KPI & Dashboard
- Reporting, SOP Development, Customer Experience (CX), Training & Coaching, Stakeholder
- Management, Transaction Monitoring, Data Analysis, Calibration & Feedback
- Lead quality audits across multiple queues ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence
- Improved process efficiency by 20% through QA scorecard redesign and workflow optimization
- Reduced error rates by 30% via structured coaching and RCA initiatives
- Built performance dashboards for leadership reviews and decision-making
- Led Business Quality (BQ) initiatives improving NPS by 15%
- Supported fintech-related quality checks including transaction validations and compliance
