- Establish & Maintain Quality System: Build and optimize the global quality management system to comply with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and customer-specific requirements, ensuring all partners follow a unified set of quality standards and processes.

- Crisis Response & Containment: Immediately initiate global containment actions upon major quality anomalies or batch issues. Lead troubleshooting, isolation, and containment to prevent the issue from escalating to customers.
Job Requirements:

Factory Digitalization: Deep understanding and practical experience with smart factories, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), data analysis, and automation technologies.
Language Skills: Fluent English communication is mandatory, capable of high-level technical discussions and business negotiations with customers. Chinese background for effective communication with domestic R&D, production, and quality teams.

- Communication & Negotiation: Ability to communicate clearly, powerfully, and persuasively with people from different cultural backgrounds (from company CEOs and customer representatives to factory line leaders). Capable of handling tough negotiations, such as quality penalties and improvement cost-sharing.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to perform rapid data-driven root cause analysis and make decisive decisions to control the situation under immense pressure and uncertainty.
