Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Quality Manager to work on a contract basis. The primary objective is to ensure that all cements produced meet plant, customer, industry, and government requirements. The role also certifies final products prior to shipment to customers and establishes laboratory practices performed accurately and precisely in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that cement production consistently meets internal, customer, industry, and governmental specifications.

• Certify final cement products before shipment, documenting compliance with applicable requirements.

• Establish, maintain, and monitor laboratory practices to guarantee accurate and precise testing according to established standards.

• Document and communicate testing results from all stages of production, including raw material evaluation, to support quality assurance.

• Operate, maintain, and implement the corporate and plant quality manuals as the designated management representative, ensuring alignment with the corporate quality management program.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of cement production quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Ability to certify products and provide documented evidence that shipped cement meets all applicable specifications.

• Experience establishing and overseeing laboratory testing procedures with a focus on accuracy and precision.

• Familiarity with corporate quality management programs and the authority to act as a management representative for quality initiatives.

• Strong documentation and communication skills to report testing outcomes and maintain records throughout the production process.
