Quality Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Quality Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will oversee quality management efforts that strengthen IT service delivery, customer experience, and operational performance within a federal environment. The position will own the Quality Management Plan and help drive consistent quality control, assurance, and continuous improvement across day-to-day operations. You will partner closely with the PMO and other stakeholders to measure service outcomes, track compliance, and support a national mission through disciplined performance management.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Direct all tasks in the Quality Management Plan (QMP)
• Ensure quality control, assurance, and continuous improvement across all operational activities
• Develop and implement a performance management and customer experience program
• Measure service quality and user satisfaction
• Prepare monthly performance reports on compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Work in the Program Management Office (PMO) to support IT service delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality management and IT services
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ CMQ/OE) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification preferred
