- Develop, coach and mentor the Quality team while promoting quality ownership throughout the wider business.
- Champion continuous improvement and a right-first-time culture.

Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Lead, Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance Manager within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9120, ideally within aerospace, defence, metals or another highly regulated sector.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Experience maintaining certification and supporting surveillance, recertification and customer audits.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audit processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience dealing directly with customers, certification bodies and external auditors.
- A strong understanding of root-cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing non-conformance, supplier quality and customer complaints.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead, influence and develop people across different levels of an organisation.
- A practical, commercially aware approach to quality, balancing compliance, customer expectations and operational performance.
Why Join?
