Quality Manager – Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our ISO 9000 Quality Management System within a steel fabrication environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 compliance
• Lead internal and external audits
• Manage corrective actions, non-conformances, and root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, CAPA)
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support production teams to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of quality management experience in fabrication or manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
• Experience with audits, documentation control, and quality systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
