  • Develop and maintain quality systems including performance metrics, failure cost tracking, product capability, and control systems using tools such as statistical analysis, pareto charts, flowcharts, and FMEA.
  • Establish and manage internal process and quality audit programs; develop and monitor corrective action systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends to elevate product quality, consistency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define and maintain process specifications, operating conditions, tolerances, and packaging requirements aligned with customer needs.
  • Monitor Quality KPIs and report Quality Management System performance to leadership, including audit results and needed improvements.
  • Serve as an internal expert on FMEA, Change Management, DOE, Six Sigma, and other process‑control methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams and customers to resolve complaints, support new product development, and drive process improvements.
  • Develop Quality Assurance Plans, auto-control processes, and SPC systems to improve quality performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce internal, external, and supplier PPM.
  • Support customer requirements related to complaints, feedback, audits, and quality improvement plans.
  • Simplify and standardize tools and processes to enhance Quality team efficiency.
  • Manage and strengthen global risk‑mitigation plans.
  • Ensure QMS compliance with ISO 9001, EDANA, regulatory, customer, and internal standards.
