What they need
Qualification: Healthcare Management; MHA/MPH/MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hospital quality management.
NABH: Experience in NABH implementation/accreditation preferred.
Knowledge: NABH standards, quality indicators, clinical audit, patient safety, RCA/CAPA and SOPs.
Blood Centre/Blood Bank Quality: Monitor compliance with applicable blood-centre regulations, SOPs, documentation, donor and patient safety, blood storage practices, transfusion records, adverse transfusion reactions, audits and corrective actions.
Preferable:
Cancer Hospital Experience: Experience in oncology/cancer hospital preferred.
Blood Bank management experience
Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel and hospital information systems.
Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
