What they need
Position: Head Quality / Quality Manager
Department: Quality
Reporting To: COO / Plant Head
Experience: 8–10 years
Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering – Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall Quality function across IQC, IPQC, OQA, Supplier & Customer Quality.
- Develop and maintain QMS and ensure customer, statutory and industry compliance.
- Drive Zero-Defect, Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage supplier audits, supplier quality and PPM improvement.
- Handle customer complaints, RCA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and CAPA.
- Ensure quality across SMT, FATP, Testing and Packing processes.
- Lead internal, customer and certification audits and maintain applicable ISO/IATF standards.
- Lead and develop the Quality team.
Key Skills: QMS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, RCA, Lean/Six Sigma, Audit Management, Supplier & Customer Quality.
