What they need
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with strong technical expertise in Men’s Shirt Manufacturing to lead the quality function across all production stages and ensure compliance with buyer and export quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in Garment Quality Control/Assurance
- 3–5 years as a Quality Manager, specifically in Men’s Shirts
- Strong knowledge of Shirt Construction, Measurement Specs & Tolerances
- Expertise in Collars, Cuffs, Pockets & Front Plackets
- Strong knowledge of SPI, Stitch Types, Needle & Thread Selection
- Experience in Fabric & Interlining Testing, Shrinkage, Color Fastness & Fusing
- Excellent knowledge of AQL 1.5 / 2.5 and garment defect prevention
- Strong experience in RCA, CAPA, 5 Whys & Fishbone Analysis
- Experience handling Third-Party Audits & Customer QA Inspections
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Export market experience is highly preferred
Education: Textile Engineering, Applied Arts (Garment Manufacturing), or related field. Quality Management certification is a plus.
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma / TQM certification.
