About the role
We're looking for a Quality Manager with strong expertise in F&B costing, estimation, and project execution. You will be a strategic and technically sharp professional who bridges client expectations, accurate costing, technical planning, and flawless project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate F&B cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
- Lead restaurant/F&B costing and estimation
- Identify cost risks and provide practical, cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet agreed quality and technical standards
- Monitor project execution, costs, scope, and timelines
- Develop and coordinate MEPFS plans for restaurant and F&B projects
- Build strong client relationships while leading F&B costing, estimation, proposals, and project negotiations
- Take ownership of project quality, budget, scope, and timelines from planning to completion
About you
- Deep hands-on experience in restaurant/F&B costing
- Technical expertise to lead projects from numbers to completion
- Seasoned F&B professional with strong expertise in costing, estimation, and project execution
