The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company’s quality management system across real estate, property management, leasing, maintenance, customer service, and administrative operations.
The role ensures that company processes are consistently followed, service standards are maintained, customer requirements are addressed, operational risks are identified, and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
The Quality Manager will work closely with all departments to improve operational efficiency, compliance, customer satisfaction, documentation accuracy, and overall service quality.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,001.00 per month
