· Ensure new and revised customer Quality requirements are communicated, implemented, and sustained at each factory.
· Champion CAPA, root cause analysis, and Quality Risk Assessments to address product issues, recurring defects, process variation, and identified product risks.
· Lead factory investigations of significant product Quality issues and customer complaints, including containment, root cause, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
· Analyze inspection results, defects, complaints, and other Quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
· Own and maintain SOPs, work instructions, forms, records, training, and objective evidence directly related to product quality and product compliance.
· Work in tandem with the U.S. Compliance Manager to maintain 24/7 readiness for GMP, QAFA, FCCA, customer, retailer, and similar factory audits, with this role accountable for the product Quality portions.
· Assist Production and other functions in implementing Quality requirements when their activities are governed by or directly support a Quality SOP.
