Quality Manager

Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Additional certification in Quality Management will be an advantage

Experience required range - 8 years to 15 years

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strong, shop-floor-oriented Quality Manager who can drive quality improvement through hands-on involvement, technical problem-solving and effective team management—not merely focus on documentation.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Technically strong with practical shop-floor exposure
• Hands-on in quality problem-solving
• Capable of independently identifying Root Cause
• Strong in Supplier Quality and Production Quality
• Experienced in handling Customer Quality Complaints
• Effective in team management and leadership
• Able to coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchase and Service
• Focused on prevention and continuous improvement, rather than inspection alone

• First Pass Yield (FPY)
• Field Failures
• CAPA Closure

Key Responsibility

The Quality Manager will be expected to establish and strengthen a prevention-oriented quality system, improve process discipline, reduce recurring quality issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
