Quality Manager

Exciting opportunity to work with an international technology start-up. Litrinium is a fast-moving and quickly growing technology company focused on bringing to market innovative solutions that solve complex engineering problems. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and supplier quality management is required. The candidate(s) MUST be able to draw upon rich personal experience, industry and quality knowledge as a key contributor to meet cost, quality, and product ramp goals/targets.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Quality with Litrinium Customer Management
• Support the Sales and Marketing Customer Support activities, working closely with Litrinium Applications Engineers and Product Engineers, and Sales Team
• Issue, track, and coordinate resolution RMA's and Failure Analysis of Litrinium products
• Work directly in the Litrinium internal lab and with 3rd party labs on failure analysis and yield analysis
• Develop procedures and Quality Management system improvements
• Monitor, audit, and develop Litrinium suppliers

• Must speak fluent Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Operations
• Quality Engineering/Management certification and Project Management certifications preferred
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Semiconductor or Electrical Component Manufacturing and Quality engineering and management and Failure Analysis of IC's (15+ years preferred)
• Solid understanding of the Semiconductor manufacturing and packaging industry, including intimate knowledge of the value chain from component suppliers to service providers
• Experience managing teams of quality and supply chain management professionals and experience in audit performance and management is required
• Travel up to 50%+ required
