ABOUT THE ROLE

Senza Wellness Foods is a well-established leader in gluten free food manufacturing, and we're looking for a capable Quality Manager to step into a key role created by an internal promotion.

This is a hands-on position at the centre of our quality function.

You'll work closely with the QA team to uphold and improve the standards that keep our products, customers, and certifications in good shape.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Day to day, you'll be involved across the full breadth of quality assurance operations, including:

• Managing and analysing customer complaints and driving corrective actions
• Verification and validation activities, GMP audits, and compliance checks
• Maintaining SQF, CFMSR, Woolworths (WSE), and ALDI standards
• Supporting product development projects with a quality lens
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise on the floor

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of food processing technology and HACCP principles
• Hands-on experience with food safety standards — SQF, BRC, CFMSR, HACCP, WQA, ALDI, or similar
• Experience managing high care or high risk food environments is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across teams and with auditors
• Competent with computer systems and documentation
• Own transport required — we're based in Broadmeadows
