Quality Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Company's QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Develop and maintain the Quality Manual, procedures, processes, work instructions, forms and other QMS documentation as required.
• Ensure that the QMS addresses the Company's organizational context, interested parties, risks and opportunities, quality objectives and process requirements.
• Establish and monitor measurable quality objectives and KPIs for the organization and projects.
• Ensure effective control of documented information, including creation, review, approval, distribution, revision and retention of quality records.
• Ensure that changes affecting the QMS are properly evaluated, planned and implemented.
• Promote a quality culture and continual improvement throughout the organization.
• Ensure employees understand the Company's quality policy, objectives and their individual quality responsibilities.
• Ensure the QMS requirements are implemented and maintained at every level of the organization.
• Verification of effectiveness of the QMS.
• Formally reporting key metrics/data analysis/ trend analysis result to the top management.
• Schedule and Conduct the Management review meeting.
• Schedule and conduct the internal audit of the QMS.
• Identify, document and raise non-conformances with the concerned internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors and ensure timely corrective action and closure.
• Initiate the corrective action within the company for any nonconformance occurred and identified potential non-conformities.
• Evaluate whether departmental processes are being followed as documented and whether the processes are effective, controlled and achieving their intended results.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification/certification in Quality Management / ISO 9001 is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong practical experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Experience in construction project quality management, QA/QC and internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, specifications, inspection procedures and documentation.
• Experience in coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and quality documentation systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
