Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to manage quality control activities and ensure food products meet required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day quality control activities in the food production unit.
• Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain necessary records and documentation.
• Identify quality issues and take corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain quality standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Qualification in Food Technology or related field.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and GMP is mandatory.
• Knowledge of FSSAI and food safety practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
