Shelke Constructions is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects.

Key Experience Required

• 1020 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Strong experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial Projects.
• Hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork projects.
• Experience in PT (Post-Tensioned) Slab projects.
• Candidates from reputed Construction / Contracting Companies will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures and QA/QC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall QA/QC function for the project.
• Establish and implement project-specific Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans.
• Monitor quality of RCC, structural, finishing and architectural works.
• Ensure quality compliance for Mivan/Formwork, PT Slab, RCC, waterproofing, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
• Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, checklists and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with Project, Planning and Execution teams.
• Identify quality issues, initiate corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
• Manage NCRs, observations, inspections and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal project teams on quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards and applicable codes.
• Conduct quality audits and drive continuous improvement across project sites.
• Guide and develop the QA/QC team and ensure effective quality control at all stages of construction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong technical Quality professional who has successfully handled quality functions on large-scale High-Rise Residential / Commercial projects, particularly with exposure to Mivan and PT Slab construction.

Preferred: Candidates currently working with Construction Contractors / EPC / Real Estate Companies and having strong project execution and quality management experience.
