Quality Manager

One of our clients, an international manufacturer of automotive components, has an opening for a Quality Manager.

Primary purpose of job:

Effectively, develop, implement and maintain quality systems to ensure capable processes that parts are produced according to customer requirements.

Key performance areas:

• Manage performance of subordinates.
• Maintain quality systems according to ISO & OEM system requirements.
• Ensure that all customer requirements are met.
• Continuous improvement of product quality and systems by analysing performance and implementing corrective action when required.
• Establish and maintain the Quality Department budget.
• Manage customer requests/ complaints.
• Manage quality performance indicators.
• Train and mentor subordinates.
• Continuously improve QMS in line with customer expectations

Min qualifications / experience required:

• B-Tech Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Total Quality Management
• IATF 16949 standards
• Customer Standards
