Responsibilities

• Manage GHP/GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety systems for fresh produce packing and export operations.
• Oversee quality control from raw material receiving, sorting, and packing through to final product release for export.
• Lead and manage the QC team, and ensure quality standards are followed.
• Develop SOPs, WIs, quality records, and product specifications based on customer and export requirements.
• Handle internal/external audits, customer complaints, and CAPA.
• Monitor and resolve quality issues directly on the packing floor.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on Organic product requirements and export documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in the food, agricultural, or fresh produce industry.
• 1–2 years of team management/supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of GHP/GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety.
• Hands-on experience, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in export operations, certification, or Organic products is a plus.
• Candidates with strong Quality Supervisor experience are welcome.

Location: Bang Nam Chuet, Samut Sakhon.
Working Hours: 5 working days, 2 days off (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
