Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to manage and maintain quality standards across hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve quality standards and processes
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality protocols
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments for quality initiatives
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:
- MHA qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare quality management
- Good knowledge of healthcare quality processes and documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
