Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Fremont, CA
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary Range: $95K-$120K

Key Responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action; consult with outside agencies as needed
- Support facility to maintain consistent compliance with specifications, product quality, and product safety requirements
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Similar
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Experience w/ ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003
