Position: Quality Manager

Job Description:

• Manage the overall quality control process for refurbished laptops and desktops.
• Inspect and evaluate used laptops, desktops, and computer components.
• Ensure proper testing of hardware, including motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, processors, displays, keyboards, batteries, and ports.
• Identify hardware defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with repair technicians.
• Establish quality standards for refurbishment, repair, testing, and final product inspection.
• Ensure refurbished systems meet performance, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Monitor repair rejection rates, product defects, and rework processes.
• Maintain quality inspection reports, testing records, and documentation.
• Lead the quality team and improve inspection procedures to reduce defects and customer complaints.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: Relevant experience in laptop/desktop refurbishment, hardware testing, repair, or quality management is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
• Experience in quality inspection, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
• Team management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of refurbished computer testing and quality standards.
