Quality Manager

About the role

Responsible for the management and supervision of the product quality system.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and the organization, coordination, inspection, and assessment during the implementation and operation of the quality management system; responsible for the preparation, organization, and implementation of company quality certification
• Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and the organization, coordination, inspection, and assessment during the implementation and operation of the safety and occupational health management system
• Under the leadership of the Management Representative, organize and implement internal audits and management reviews, and take corrective and preventive actions on the system
• Organize quality analysis meetings, provide corresponding quality improvement requirements, and organize and track the implementation of quality improvement measures
• Supervise and review the inspection process, complaints, nonconforming products, returns and exchanges, and quality anomaly handling measures, as well as review quality data analysis reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Biomedicine/Pharmaceuticals, Materials & Chemical Engineering, Law, or related majors
• Over 3 years of quality management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Familiar with local laws and regulations and quality system supervision requirements
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent writing skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, and strong execution
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese or English preferred
